What is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
If you would like your Mudflap Boy product in time for Christmas, please order by December 20th for Domestic delivery. For international deliveries please e-mail us to inquire.
Orders must be purchased through Pay Pal with funds drawn from a credit card or your bank account directly. E-checks take extra time to clear and should not be used for Christmas deliveries. Indicate in the order comments that you would like your item in time for Christmas. Thank you very much and Happy Holidays!

How do I pay for my order?
Credit card purchases are made via Pay Pal, a convenient and secure method of on-line payment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. An additional charge is added to the item cost to cover shipping.

What is your shipping method and when can I expect my order?
Domestic orders are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation. Allow 7-14 business days for delivery. International orders are shipped Global Priority. Allow 10-21 business days for delivery. Due to high volume, we cannot expedite your order. Please refrain from asking for we are unable to meet or respond to such requests.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
We will be happy to exchange or return any merchandise that you are not satisfied with. All refunds or exchanges must be sent within 7 days after you received the order, unworn and in original condition. In the event that you wish to return an item, you will be refunded purchase price less shipping cost. In the event that you wish to make an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.


Is your packaging discrete?
Yes, therefore, if your order is a gift you need not be concerned. All orders are shipped using discrete packaging without Mudflap Boy trademark or logo.
